§ 4.01 ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS.
   The following streets and alleys are hereby declared to permit vehicular traffic only in the direction indicated: the alley between Davenport Street and Franklin Street, and running parallel to and between Second Street and Third Street, shall be restricted to one-way traffic in a northerly direction.
