§ 3.01 DIRECTION BY CITY OFFICIAL.
   Any police officer, official of the City Department of Public Works or any City Fire Department official is hereby authorized to direct traffic in the event of a fire, other emergency or public festivity for as long as the emergency or festivity lasts.
