All licenses and permits, unless sooner suspended or revoked, shall expire one year from date of issuance. Six- or eight-month seasonal licenses or permits may be issued for a proportionate part of the license or permit fee. No seasonal license or permit shall be renewed except after a period of two months. Seasonal licensing and 14-day licenses and permits shall be only as permitted by state law and regulation.
