§ 11.00 SIMPLIFIED APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL.
   Upon receipt of an application for the renewal of a license or permit, the City Clerk shall forward the same to the Chief of Police who shall conduct an investigation and submit a written report as to the truth of the facts averred in the application and a recommendation to the Council as the approval of the license or permit.
