A verified application for the original issuance or the renewal of a liquor control license or wine or beer permit shall be filed at such time in such number of copies, and in such form as the Department shall prescribe. The application shall be accompanied by the required fee and bond and be filed with the Council for approval or disapproval. The bond to be submitted shall be in a form prescribed by the Department and in the amount specified by Iowa Code § 123.130(1) for liquor control licenses; Iowa Code §§ 123.127(2) and 123.30 for beer permits; and Iowa Code § 123.176(3) for class “B” wine permits.
