§ 6.04 RETAIL WINE PERMITS (CLASS “B”).
   A person holding a class “B” wine permit may sell wine at retail for consumption off the premises. Wine shall be sold for consumption off the premises in original containers only. A person holding such a permit may purchase wine for resale only from the Department or from a person holding a class “A” wine permit.
