§ 5.02 CLASS “C”.
   A class “C” beer permit shall allow the holder to sell beer at retail for consumption off the premises only. Such sales shall be in original containers only. No class “C” permit shall be issued to any person except the owner or proprietor of a grocery store or pharmacy.
