§ 5.00 LICENSE - FEES.

   Before a license shall be issued, the applicant shall pay a license fee in accordance with the following schedule:

   (A)   For one day: $10; for each additional day: $2;

   (B)   For one month: $50;

   (C)   For six months: $100;

   (D)   For one year: $150; and

   (E)   For duplicate license: $2.
