There shall be established two voting precincts in the city. The voting precincts shall be described as follows.
Precinct 1
Beginning at the center line of the intersection of North Buttermilk Road and West Donahue Street, then east along the center line of West Donahue Street to the center line of the intersection of West Donahue Street and Dammann Drive, then south and east along the center line of Dammann Drive until Dammann Drive becomes West Davenport Street, then east along the center line of West Davenport Street to the center line of the intersection of West Davenport Street and North Fifth Street, then south along the center line of North Fifth Street to the center line of the intersection of North Fifth Street and West LeClaire Road, then east along the center line of West LeClaire Road to the center line of the intersection of West LeClaire Road and South First Street, then south along the center line of South First Street to the center line of the intersection of South First Street and East Lincoln Road, then east along the center line of East Lincoln Road to the east city limit boundary line, then north along the east city limit boundary line to the north city limit boundary line, the west along the north city limit boundary line approximately 2,648.25 feet west of the center line of North Buttermilk Road to a point on the west city limit line, then south along the west city limit boundary line approximately 1,330.93 feet to a point on the west city limit boundary line, then east approximately 2,651.51 feet along the west city limit boundary line to the center line of North Buttermilk Road, then south along the center line of North Buttermilk Road to the point of beginning.
Precinct 2.
Beginning at the center line of the intersection of North Buttermilk Road and West Donahue Street, then east along the center line of West Donahue Street to the center line of the intersection of West Donahue Street and Dammann Drive, then south and east along the center line of Dammann Drive until Dammann Drive becomes West Davenport Street, then east along the center line of West Davenport Street to the center line of the intersection of West Davenport Street and North Fifth Street, then south along the center line of North Fifth Street to the center line of the intersection of North Fifth Street and West LeClaire Road, then east along the center line of West LeClaire Road to the center line of the intersection of West LeClaire Road and South First Street, then south along the center line of South First Street to the center line of the intersection of South First Street and East Lincoln Road, then east along the center line of East Lincoln Road to the east city limit boundary line, then south along the east city limit boundary line to the south city limit boundary line, then west along the south city limit boundary line to the west city limit boundary line, then north along the west city limit boundary line to the point of beginning.
