In residential areas, the developer may wish to use ornamental lights provided by the electric utility servicing that area. The developer shall pay any initial installation costs that may be charged by the electric utility. The lights shall be installed and maintained by the appropriate electric utility. The rental rates shall be based upon wattage and shall be the same as for the standard light. The procedure for installation of these lights will be similar to the installation procedure of the standard light in new subdivisions, with the exception that there will be no attempt to establish an average FC value.
