§ 9.00 OPERATION WITHOUT A LICENSE PROHIBITED.
   No person, firm or corporation shall engage in any business for which a license is required by this chapter without first having obtained the necessary license or licenses. Any person, firm or corporation who conducts a business without first procuring a license is guilty of a simple misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
