The license herein required shall be obtained from the City Clerk upon completion of an application form and approval thereof by the City Clerk and Mayor. Before issuance of the license, the Zoning Enforcement Officer and the Building Inspector shall have certified that the business complies with all applicable zoning and building code regulations. The application shall be accompanied by payment of a $10 fee.
