The salaries of the members of the Community Center Board shall be set by the City Council by resolution. In the event any member of the Board shall be required to travel outside the limits of the city on official community center business, he or she shall be compensated for expenses incurred. Expenses so incurred shall be included and projected in the annual Community Center budget.
