The meetings of the Community Center Board shall be held on the second Wednesday of each month at a place designated by the Board. All such meetings shall be open to the public, as required by state law. Special meetings may be called by three or more members or by the Chairperson, or requested by the City Council. Three or more of the appointed representatives for the purposes of conducting a meeting constitute a quorum.
