§ 3.02 CHAIRPERSON.
   The members of the Community Center Board shall elect a chairperson on the first annual meeting of each year. Said Chairperson shall be liaison officer between the Council and the Community Center Board. In addition, the Board shall elect a Chairperson Pro-Tem from the four remaining members.
