§ 1.00 ESTABLISHMENT AND PURPOSE.
   A community center board for the city is hereby created. Its general responsibilities shall be to:
   (A)   Maintain and operate the Eldridge Community Center;
   (B)   Keep a budget;
   (C)   Hire employees; and
   (D)   Purchase necessary equipment.
