The salaries of the members of the Park and Recreation Board and its Secretary-Treasurer shall be set by the City Council by resolution. In the event any member of the Board shall be required to travel outside the limits of the city on official Park Board business, he or she shall be compensated for expenses incurred. Expenses so incurred shall be included and projected in the annual Park and Recreation Board budget.
