(A) The meetings of the Park and Recreation Board shall be held on the second week of each month in the City Hall. All such meetings shall be open to the public, as required by the state law. Special meetings may be called by three or more members or by the Chairperson, or requested by the City Council.
(B) Three or more of the appointed representatives for the purposes of conducting a meeting constitute a quorum; said representatives do not include the Secretary-Treasurer.
