§ 3.04 REMOVAL OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   Any Committee member who misses more than two regularly scheduled (or special) Park and Recreation meetings during a quarter shall be subject to removal for cause by the City Council. A quarter shall be defined as July through September, October through December, January through March and April through June.
   (B)   A Committee member subject to removal for cause shall receive notice of the reasons for removal at least five days prior to the Council’s vote on removal and shall be afforded an opportunity to show why he or she should not be removed. Removal for cause shall occur upon a resolution, stating the reason for the removal followed by a majority vote of the City Council. The removal is effective upon the vote.
