§ 3.03 CHAIRPERSON.
   The members of the Park and Recreation Board shall elect a chairperson on the first annual meeting of each year. Said Chairperson shall be the liaison officer between the Council and the Park and Recreation Board. In addition, the Board shall elect a Chairperson Pro-Tem from the four remaining members.
