§ 6.00 SPECIAL PROVISIONS.

   (A)   The following are jobs which are appointments made by the Mayor with the approval of the City Council. These appointments may be made of city employees, members of the Council or Boards/Commissions or may be made of any city resident.

   (B)   These appointments are:

      (1)   Zoning Administrator;

      (2)   Building Official/Building Inspector;

      (3)   Electrical Inspector;

      (4)   Plumbing Inspector;

      (5)   Heating and air conditioning inspector;

      (6)   Emergency management representative;

      (7)   City arborist; and

      (8)   Assistant/associate appointments to the above and to department head positions.
