§ 3.00 DAMAGE OR INJURY.
   A person committing a trespass as defined in § 1.00 of this chapter resulting in injury to any person or damage in an amount of more than $100 to anything, animate or inanimate, located thereon or therein, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 30 days (same as Iowa Code § 716.8(2)).
