§ 2.00 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall knowingly trespass upon the property of another is guilty of a public offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days (same as Iowa Code § 716.8(1)).
