§ 2.00 ADOPTION OF STATE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ACT.

   The city hereby adopts the following provisions relating to the Iowa Alcoholic Beverage Control Act (§ 123.1), as provided for in the Iowa Code, 2001 (all numbers are inclusive):
