It shall be the duty of the City Zoning Administrator to administer and enforce this chapter and to cooperate with the officials of neighboring municipalities in the review of any application for a variance submitted to the Airport Zoning Board of Adjustment. Applications for permits required by this chapter shall be promptly considered and granted or denied by a written decision.
