§ 6.03 MARKERS AND LIGHTS.
   The person owning any nonconforming structure or tree is hereby required to allow the installation, operation and maintenance thereon of markers and lights at the expense of the City of Davenport to indicate to the operators of aircraft the presence of airport hazards.
