§ 6.01 ALTERATION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES NOT REQUIRED.
   This chapter shall not be construed to require the removal, lowering or other change or alteration of any existing structure or tree, or to interfere with any existing use not conforming on the effective date of this chapter, except that no nonconforming use shall be allowed to become a greater airport hazard than it was on the effective date of this chapter.
