As established by Iowa Code Chapter 329, entitled “Airport Zoning”, as the same may be amended from time to time, in the event of any conflict between this chapter and any other regulation applicable to the same area, whether the conflict be with respect to the height of structures or trees, the use of land or any other matter, the more stringent limitation or requirement shall govern and prevail.
