§ 7.00 ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES.
   (A)   The County Health Department, the City Police Department and the City Enforcement Officer are authorized to enforce this chapter. The County Health Department may elect to pursue enforcement under the provisions of this chapter or under applicable state laws and regulations with the sanctions available thereunder.
   (B)   The performance of any action contrary to the provisions of this chapter may be cited as a municipal infraction offense. Additionally, failure to adhere to the regulations is cause for revocation or suspension of a license to operate as a mobile food unit or pushcart.
   (C)   Penalties for violation of this code as laid forth in Title A, Chapter 2, § 3.02 is $50 for the first offense, $200 for the second offense and $500 for subsequent offenses.
