A connection charge shall be paid for each new service connection to the sewer system according to the schedule below. Connection fee will be collected at the time a permit is obtained for the plumbing connection.

Commercial - | $70 per 1,000 square feet |
Industrial | $100 per 1,000 square feet |
Commercial and Industrial charges are determined by the intended use at the time of new service, not zoning. | |
