§ 2.3 PAYMENT OF FEES.
   An applicant for a city COSESCO permit shall pay fees as follows:
   § 2.3.1. An application fee at the time of application in the amount of $50;
   § 2.3.2. For each inspection required by this chapter, the applicant shall pay an inspection fee in the amount of $50; and
   § 2.3.3. Failure of the applicant to pay an inspection fee within 30 days of billing shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
