§ 8.07 BACKFILLING.
   When a walk is completed, the contractor shall backfill any and all trenches or holes which were used in setting the forms for the walk. Such fill shall be made with a good grade of dirt which shall be reasonably free from rocks or other undesirable objects. The upper six inches shall be topsoil.
