§ 6.04 TESTS FOR ASPHALT.
   The engineer shall be responsible for furnishing the city with depth measurements, densities, extraction and gradation tests results from an approved testing agency when required by the contract documents. Said test results shall be forwarded to the Street Superintendent. The contractor shall assist the engineer in obtaining samples as necessary.
