§ 5.26 CONTRACTION JOINTS.
   Contraction joints shall be constructed as shown on the standard details and the transverse joints shall be placed at a maximum of 15 feet center to center along the pavement center line. These transverse contraction joints shall be formed by sawing one fourth of the paving depth as herein specified.
