§ 5.09 REINFORCING MESH FOR SLABS.
   (A)   Steel for reinforcing mesh shall meet the standard requirements for ASTM Specification A-82. The welded wire fabric mesh shall conform to ASTM Specification A-185.
   (B)   The spacing of both the longitudinal and transverse wires shall be six inches and both the longitudinal and transverse wire be six gauge. The mesh shall weigh not less than 42 pounds per 100 square feet of area.
