§ 5.05 FLY ASH.
   (A)   Fly ash may be used as cementitious material in accordance with IDOT Specifications 2301 and 4108. The maximum allowable fly ash substitution rate is 20%.
   (B)   Between October 16 and March 15, substitution with fly ash will not be allowed.
