§ 4.05 BORROW MATERIAL.
   Borrow material for subgrade under paving will be engineer approved granular material or soil free of top soil, vegetation or other deleterious material. The contractor shall notify the engineer at least 72 hours prior to hauling previously approved soil so testing arrangements can be made.
