§ 2.11 DEAD END OF SEWERS.
   The ends of all sewers, laterals, Ys and connections which are not to be immediately used and also where pipes are left open where construction stops from one day to the next shall be closed or plugged only with an approved plug. Any other method shall be subject to the written approval of the engineer.
