The following activities are prohibited on the property described as Lot 9, Block 1, Original Town of Eldridge, also known as Franklin Park.
A. Use of metal detectors, ground penetrating radar, probes and other methods that might be used to attempt to locate a burial site.
B. Excavation for the purpose of locating and opening a burial site

Persons or organizations that obtain a permit from the City of Eldridge and the Office of the State Archeologist are exempted from the restrictions set forth above.
