(A) The contractor shall furnish and install all pipes, fittings, structures, intakes and accessories required for the sewer construction as shown on the plans and/or specified herein.
(B) Before installation of new sewer facilities, the contractor shall verify sizes, measurements, types and locations of existing piping and appurtenances at all points of connection to the existing system at no additional cost to the owner. The contractor shall construct all work in accordance with the best present day installation and construction practices and manufacturer’s recommendations.
