§ 1.18 CLEAN-UP.
   The contractor shall remove all rubbish, debris and surplus materials and leave the site in neat condition acceptable to the owner and the engineer on each portion of construction as it is completed. Clean-up operations in the public right-of-way shall be kept within 400 feet of construction operations. The contractor shall re-open backfilled areas to traffic as soon as practicable.
