§ 35 TERM OF FRANCHISE.

   (A)   Franchise shall continue for 15 years from the date of the adoption of this franchise (year 2010).

   (B)   Note:

      (1)   Franchise assigned to TCI effective 1-1-1997;

      (2)   Franchise assigned to AT&T effective 11-9-1998; and

      (3)   Franchise assigned to Mediacom Communications Corporation effective 6-25-2001.
