§ 34.2 INTERCEPTING SIGNALS OF THE GRANTEE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to intercept or receive the signals of the grantee without having subscribed for said services and entered into an agreement to pay for said services, and any person so doing shall be deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable under § 34.3 of this chapter.
