§ 10.00 IOWA MECHANICAL CODE.
   The State Mechanical Code, as adopted and amended by 641 I.A.C. Chapter 61, is hereby adopted by reference as the mechanical code for the city, subject to the amendments and adoptions by the State Department of Public Safety. Fees for permitting shall be as required as adopted in the city’s fee schedule.
