The second notice shall relate to the same or similar items noted in the written notice set forth in Step Two. It shall be in writing and hand delivered or mailed as set forth in Step Two. This notice shall contain the following information: “This is a Second Notice. It is active for thirty days. No permits will be issued to you during this time unless the items below have been corrected. If the items are not corrected within thirty days, your license to work in Eldridge will be suspended.”
