Within 30 days after completion of the work, the permit holder shall file with the Public Works Department two sets of as-built plans. As-built plans shall show all easements, public or private, and the exact location within the easement of the improvement, including distance from the property line and depth. Conflicts with all other utilities must be clearly shown. Failure to file the required as-built plans shall be grounds for suspension of a contractor’s license as set forth below.
