§ 5.00 TRIMMING OF TREES UNDER SUPERVISION OF STREET SUPERINTENDENT.
   Except as allowed in § 4.00 of this chapter, no person may trim or cut any tree in a street or public place unless the work is done under the personal supervision of the Street Superintendent.
