Neither the grantee nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall tap, monitor or arrange for the tapping or monitoring of any drop, outlet or receiver for any purpose whatsoever other than legitimate technical performance testing of the cable system or the monitoring of subscriber cable service or monitoring to prevent theft of service, without prior written consent of all affected parties.
