§ 14.12 PICK-UP SERVICE.
   Each licensed waste collector shall maintain an adequate and prompt pick-up service and to service all complaints from his or her patrons on missed service and/or improper handling. Such service shall be promptly available for servicing complaints from the city or any material improperly deposited within the city.
