Each vehicle used by a licensee shall be licensed to be operated and shall be operated only for the purpose(s) stated in the licensee’s application. A license number for each vehicle approved shall be issued with each license and shall be plainly displayed on the left front of each vehicle. A duly issued license is not transferable from vehicle to vehicle or from collector to collector. A license expires on December 31 of the year of issuance.
